TANKGUARD 412

Tankguard 412 is a two-component solvent-free tank lining with good chemical resistance. It is suitable for marine purposes as a coating for potable water, grey water and crude-oil tanks. Tankguard 412 is recommended as a lining onshore and offshore, and for buried tanks and pipes. It can be used as a primer, a midcoat or finish coat in atmospheric and immersed environments.

This product is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and concrete substrates.For chemical resistance information please refer to the Jotun Protective Resistance List.

TANKGUARD HB CLASSIC

Tankguard HB Classic is a two-component tank coating with good chemical resistance to a wide range of products. It can be used as a primer, midcoat or finish coat in atmospheric and immersed environments and is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and concrete substrates. Tankguard HB Classic can be used as a coating for grey water, drilling, mud, brine and crude-oil tanks – and onshore, offshore and buried tanks and pipes. Available in pink, grey and yellow. TANKGUARD PLUS

Tankguard Plus is a specially designed tank lining with excellent chemical resistance and is cured for service in only five days. Tankguard Plus is especially well suited for all grades of crude oil. It can be used as an internal lining for offshore, onshore, and buried tanks. It is also ideal for a variety of pipes such as chemical storage, wastewater, grey water, process water, and concrete bunds amongst others. Tankguard Plus is especially suited for crude-oil storage, even at temperatures up to 160°C. It is also ideal for heavy chemicals at higher temperatures.

TANKGUARD STORAGE

Tankguard Storage is a two-component tank lining with excellent chemical resistance. Clean petroleum product and crude-oil tanks coated with Tankguard Storage can return to service within 48 hours. Tankguard Storage can be used as internal lining for offshore, onshore and buried tanks as well as pipes for storage of chemicals, wastewater, process water, concrete bunds, and fire service lines amongst others.
