BARRIER 77

Barrier 77 is a 77% zinc dust epoxy primer for corrosive environments. Barrier 77’s high level of zinc dust provides excellent corrosion protection when used as part  of a complete coating system where extended durability is required. It is ideal as a primer in atmospheric environments, and can be used on carbon steel, for repair of inorganic zinc silicate coatings and on damaged galvanised steel substrates. Barrier 77 complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust. It is recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and on structural steel and piping exposed in corrosivity categories up to C5 (ISO 12944-2).

BARRIER 80 S

Barrier 80 S is a high-solids epoxy primer with 80% zinc dust for severe corrosive environments. It is ideal as a primer in atmospheric environments, and can be used on carbon steel, for repair of inorganic zinc silicate coatings and on damaged galvanised steel substrates. It is recommended for refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and on structural steel and piping exposed in corrosivity categories up to C5 VH (ISO 12944-2).

It is ideal as a primer in atmospheric environments, and can be used on carbon steel, for repair of inorganic zinc silicate coatings and on damaged galvanised steel substrates. Barrier Plus complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust and can be applied down to 0 °C surface temperature. It is recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and on structural steel and piping exposed in corrosivity categories up to CX (ISO 12944-2). Barrier Plus shows superior performance in adhesion/cohesion and electrical conductivity when compared to traditional zinc rich epoxy coatings.

BARRIER ZEP HS

Barrier ZEP HS is a user-friendly zinc epoxy primer for medium to high corrosive environments. Barrier ZEP HS provides good corrosion protection when used as part of a complete coating system, and can be used as a primer in atmospheric environments on properly prepared carbon steel substrates. Barrier ZEP HS complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust. Barrier ZEP HS is fit for all climates globally (5 °C to 40 °C) and will give a good finish. Barrier ZEP HS has high-volume solids, helping to reduce VOC emissions.
