JOTAFLOOR SEALER

Jotafloor Sealer has excellent penetration properties and seals a surface by levelling it as it enters all the pores. The two-component epoxy sealer is polyamide-cured, making it highly durable and suitable for concrete or masonry. It has high adhesive properties, ensuring not only adhesion to the bottom surface but also to other potential topcoats. The product has low viscosity, which makes it very easy to apply with a variety of tools. Its flow will allow for a smooth application in atmospheric environments, making it a good option for rooms, garages and warehouses. It can be used in residential and industrial settings alike. The sealer is highly efficient on concrete floors. As these surfaces are porous, the product will make them smoother. The colour of the sealer is transparent and has a glossy finish, and the final result will resemble glass flakes. Its ease of use makes this sealer a good option for large rooms that need to dry quickly. Applied with the right tools, the sealer will leave no streaks, featuring selflevelling properties even when multiple coats are applied. JOTAFLOOR TOPCOAT

Jotafloor Topcoat is a high performance, two-component polyamide-cured epoxy coating, offering a mix of durability and style. It is built to resist chemicals, abrasion and impacts, making it the ideal coating for a range of concrete floors with various mechanical and chemical exposure levels.

The product is recommended for use in various environments, including industrial walkways, staircases, light-duty workshops, internal car park upstands, plant rooms and back of house areas.

This light-duty, easy to apply topcoat comes in a wide array of colours through Jotun’s Multicolor Industry™(MCI) tinting system. All available colours give an excellent gloss finish and have outstanding colour retention.

In areas where slip resistance is required, Jotafloor Non-Slip Aggregate (fine or medium) can be used in the system to prevent slipping and falling. The aggregate creates a more textured finish which enhances safety in the space.

Jotafloor Topcoat is specially designed for floors where a dust-free, hardwearing and aesthetically pleasing coating is required. A technical service team from Jotun can also provide expert installation for superior results.

JOTAFLOOR PU TOPCOAT

Jotafloor PU Topcoat is a high performance, high solids, non-yellowing, isocyanate-cured polyurethane coating supplied in two-pack form. This light-duty coating is built to resist chemicals, abrasions, impact and sun damage. It is therefore suitable for a diverse range of floors with various levels of mechanical and chemical exposure. Due to its good weathering resistance, Jotafloor PU Topcoat is recommended for use on concrete floors in car parks, parking bays, pedestrian walkways, driveways, ramps and traffic deck systems. It is specially designed for gloss and colour retention in areas that are exposed to direct sunlight. The product also works well in commercial buildings and residential buildings. As with other Jotun products, this topcoat comes in a wide array of colours through Jotun’s Multicolor Industry™(MCI) tinting system. The two-pack coating is also easy to apply, and it’s specially designed for use on approved primers. Jotafloor EP SL Uni is a robust and durable two-component, solvent-free, amine-cured epoxy coating with high bond strength. It is a high-performance, abrasion- and chemical-resistant product that is self-levelling, leaving a seamless floor surface. This floor coating can be used as a mid-coat or topcoat in places such as hospitals, food and beverage plants, laboratories, kitchens and high-tech manufacturing facilities. The products in this collection have been independently tested and deemed compliant to the most stringent green building rating systems such as the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM).
